The driver of the auto pursued by police jumped out and into the river, police said. Stockton CHP then took over the pursuit as Holloway continued on I-5 and SR-12. Te CHP was able to coordinate the closure of the Old River Bridge near Discovery Bay. After about an hour, Holloway was taken into custody through efforts of the CHP, Stockton Fire Department and the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office. (more...)

Viewers are warned not to look directly at the sun, as it can cause permanent damage to the eyes. Her mother, Ebony, said Jamoneisha is in emotional and physical pain, and that they are not letting the girl look at her injuries yet.
