Calvo made the remark in a video message released Wednesday, pointing out that Guam is American soil and not just a military installation. A federal court ruled yesterday that the U.S. EPA can not require companies to replace HFCs with other substances under the SNAP (Significant New Alternatives Policy) program in the court case Mexichem Fluor, Inc. The agency could also force manufacturers using ODS to leapfrog over HFCs to low-GWP refrigerants and blowing agents. The man is suspected of robbing seven banks, including three in Meridian and Boise on Monday. The bandit also allegedly robbed a Webster Bank at 100 Cambridge St.in Boston twice. Three months later, on March 24, the same unknown subject robbed the Bank of the West, 9140 W. Emerald St., Boise. However, there are also clear photos of the man without disguise, also taken on August 7, when he went into another Idaho bank to try and exchange cash for smaller bills. (more...)

"We take it all very seriously, particularly the people of Guam", she added. The exercise, GUAMEX, started on 31 July and includes about 40 operational anti-submarine warfare scenarios off the coast of Guam.
