Some snow will start mixing with the rain through mid-morning for the Central Midlands. The National Weather Service anticipates "well-below normal temperatures, bitterly cold wind chills, and another round of snow and ice". Forecasters aren't predicting a large amount of snow, just 2 inches (5 centimeters) or less with more in spots. Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum on Tuesday joined 19 other attorneys general to urge Congress to advance legislation allowing states with legalized medical or recreational marijuana to bring that commerce into the banking system.
