Police earlier arrested an 18-year-old man in the departure lounge of Dover port in what they called a "significant" step and then raided a property in Sunbury-on-Thames, a town near London and about 6km from Hounslow. Following the attack Britain raised its terrorism threat level to the maximum, but downgraded it from critical to severe on Sunday. In July, Fresno police say 30-year old Ryan Flores used a gun to try to rob a Starbucks. Surveillance video shows Jerri jumping into action and hitting Flores with a chair.
