Across the East Midlands there are 88 new pub entries and 18 new breweries. In the 45th edition of the guide, the Cricketers Arms has been named as CAMRA's Pub of the Year victor for Merseyside. Pubs do not pay to be in the guide, and no pub gets in by default because it is part of a chain or has been in the guide before. The university says campus police were notified about a 17-year-old male who was unresponsive at Sevrinson Hall about midday Sunday. Fargo police say the victim was not a student at the college. Authorities have not released how Delaney died, however multiple students who were at the dorm tell us they believe alcohol was involved. They said they last saw him at about 12.30am on Sunday.
