The storm's track is forecast to go northward Sunday into Monday. Located about 435 miles south-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands, the depression quickly became better organized after rolling off the coast of Africa Wednesday. But the BWS warned that the storm may move closer after this time . Hurricane Jose moved past the Leeward Islands and well north of Puerto Rico on September 10 as satellites continued providing data to forecasters. U.S. Barthelemy. The storm damaged about 95% of the buildings on the island, Prime Minister Gaston Browne said. He went on the say that he strongly opposes the ideology of Saturday's demonstration, and Virginians who feel the same way should ignore it. The Richmond Police Department is already blocking off parts of the area around the monument. The group says they are neutral on that. The London Ambulance service said they had taken 18 people to hospital following the incident, which witnesses say prompted a stampede to leave the train. The train was travelling from Wimbledon in south London towards the city centre during the morning commuter rush-hour.
