Katie Quackenbush has since posted a $25,000 bond and was released from jail. After the man walked away, Katie Quackenbush got out of her auto to escort her friend to a vehicle parked close by. They take tremendous pride in representing Paulding Putnam Electric. All donations will be sent to the most stricken areas down south.
