However, after Monday night, Jose may slam on the brakes hard, ceasing almost all forward motion, likely setting up a roller-coaster-like path that will take the storm in a series of loops, circles, dips and dives over for the entirety of next week. Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev on Monday, September 12 saigned a decree to pardon Russian-Israeli blogger Alexander Lapshin, who was handed a three-year prison term for visiting Nagorno Karabakh. Alexander Lapshin was detained in Belarus last year and extradited to Azerbaijan, where he was charged for his trip to Nagorno-Karabakh via Armenia several years ago. (more...)

The storm will be lose much of its strength by Wednesday , said forecasters.
