The latest test was said to have been a hydrogen bomb created to be mounted on a newly developed intercontinental ballistic missile that has "great destructive power", state media said Sunday. The government agency issued a warning that website load times are slow because of heavy traffic. Meanwhile, Jose is swirling in the Atlantic, located about 1,040 miles east of the Lesser Antilles.
