According to the Humane Society of Richland County , police and shelter officials responded to assist five puppies. He was arrested by Mansfield police after attempting suicide and being held on $25,000 cash bond. The humane society shared photos of the puppies on its Facebook page. North Korea past year conducted its fourth and fifth nuclear tests, saying the fourth in January 2016 was a successful hydrogen bomb test, although outside experts questioned whether it was a full-fledged hydrogen bomb. Located near the Louisiana border on the Gulf Coast, the city of almost 120,000 residents will be without water until after floodwaters recede and officials can analyze the extent of the damage. The hospital had hunkered down, hoping to make it through the storm and its fallout with generators, plenty of food and bottled water, but they had not imagined the city's water supply would be lost.
