North Korea this week said the exercises were evidence that the United States planned to invade North Korea . The Galveston County Daily News reports 15 people were evacuated from the home. Other Houston-area hospitals with flood protection remain open but rescuers are having difficulty delivering patients. David Wagstaff, 53, of Derwent Street, Stoke-on-Trent, is charged with eight counts of causing death by unsafe driving and four counts of causing serious injury by risky driving. Pictures from the crash site show extensive damage to the vehicles involved, including a FedEx vehicle and one belonging to AIM Logistics.
