Police say the driver of the vehicle was a 13-year old boy. There were three people in the auto - the 13-year-old driver, 22-year-old German Michel-Arreola and 19-year-old Irene Michel-Arreola. Mahre noted the potential for mandatory prison time if the siblings are convicted. The 13-year-old also faces additional charges of failing to drive in a designated lane and driving without a valid driver's license. (more...)
