There was no distress call from the helicopter before it crashed about seven miles southwest of the Charlottesville airport. Jay Cullen were assigned to record aerial video during Saturday's white nationalist rally. He had just transferred to the Aviation Unit as a Trooper-Pilot in July. Lt. Cullen graduated from the Virginia State Police Academy in 1994 and joined the Aviation Unit in 1999. (more...)

Trump's administration has consistently said military action is on the table and the president has even suggested he's willing to take unilateral action against Pyongyang if it continues to threaten the United States. Contrast that with the official silence out of Seoul after Trump's comments on Tuesday, which seemed to take a page out of the North Korean playbook by warning of "fire and fury" if the North didn't stop threatening the United States. Reports indicate that one suspect has been taken into custody. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown. Less than an hour later, Jacksonville authorities tweeted that two officers were shot on the west side of the city. "Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved". The ratings were released as districts are preparing for the new A-F accountability ratings, which over the next two years, will replace the pass-fail rating system of "met standard" or "did not meet standard" the state uses now. Sunrise Elementary School, Whittier Elementary School and Woodlands Elementary School in Amarillo ISD were the only local schools to earn all distinctions available in the 2017 accountability ratings. The police Catalan said that three Moroccans, were shot dead by the police after the attack in the night in Cambrils , had been identified as Moussa Oukabir , Said Aallaa and Mohamed Hychami, aged respectively 17, 18 and 24 years old. Four men have also been arrested in connection with the attacks - three Moroccans and a citizen from Spain's North African enclave of Melilla. We don't think so. During his press conference , Trump specifically denounced the hate groups at the rally in Charlottesville, denying that he was suggesting moral equivalency. Do they have any problem? The president initially took heat for blaming "many sides" for the violence. Now, Trump's words are affecting his own business. The Washington Post reported Friday that the Autism Project of Palm Beach County had also backed out of plans to hold an event at the club. "Only by coming together will we solve our society's most hard challenges, including reducing the pain and suffering from cancer".
