There were 33,000 more unemployed people in MA in July 2017 than in the same month previous year, when the unemployment rate was 3.6 percent, labor officials said. The July unemployment rates for Vermont's 17 labor market areas ranged from 2.4 percent in White River Junction to 4.4 percent in Bennington and Derby (note: local labor market area unemployment rates are not seasonally-adjusted). The Islamic State (IS) terror group has claimed responsibility for the attack. Police arrested two suspects, identified as a Spaniard and a Moroccan, but said the driver was still on the run. A bomb squad is deployed to carry out controlled blasts on the explosive belts. Two suspects have been arrested over the incident and the scene is in lockdown late on Thursday night, Spanish time.
