Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said Monday that the Bureau of Immigration's forfeiture of Sister Patricia Fox's missionary visa was "without legal basis" because the agency did not have that power. "The BI treated this case as visa forfeiture instead of one for visa cancellation". While the White House is pretty good at separating children, they don't have a plan in place for reuniting the kids with their parents-especially now since the detainment facilities are overflowing, which means the government is now building tent cities to house the children .
