Thanks to a tweet from famed leaker Evan Blass , we now know that both Pixel 2 models will use the Snapdragon 836, and they'll be unveiled on October 5th. Strafach found that Accuweather sends precise Global Positioning System coordinates, including current speed and altitude, the name and BSSID (Basic Service Set ID) of the WiFi router the user is connected to, which can be used for geolocation, and whether or not the device has Bluetooth turned on.
