The hurricane center said that Maria will pass between the East Coast and Bermuda by the middle of next week. Hurricane Maria is projected to move north this week in the Atlantic Ocean. Tropical Storm Lee regenerated on Friday after falling apart early this week. The storm is now a Tropical Depression and is expected to remain over open waters and pose no threats to land. (more...)

According to the Met department, 2.0 mm rainfall was registered up to 1130 hrs. Life Lynn DeKlyen, who was born at 24 weeks on September 6, died overnight, her family said Thursday. "We don't have any answers", the baby's aunt Sonya Nelson said, adding "the cards were kind of stacked against her". Life's mother, Carrie DeKlyen , died September 9, three days after giving birth to her sixth child. She died three days after giving birth.
