A claim by the controversial Harare preacher Walter Magaya that he has discovered the elusive cure for HIV is untested and must be disregarded, the government said on Monday. A normal range for CD4 cells is about 500-1,500. The testing strategy is part of the government's efforts to achieve the 90-90-90 target - which seeks to have 90 percent of all people with HIV know their status, 90 percent of diagnosed people being on treatment, and 90 percent of those on treatment having suppressed ... State health officials said an inspection of the Wanaque Center last weekend found "handwashing deficiencies" and "infection control issues", according to a statement.
