The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced the death tally Friday, more than two months after the first illnesses occurred in mid-March. Canada's Public Health Agency has also reported six cases of E coli with a "similar genetic fingerprint" to that found in the USA infections. There are two tests that officers can use to detect whether a motorist has been smoking or consuming marijuana , said J. Kevin Behrens, director of the Oklahoma Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence. The new GHSA report found 49 percent of drivers in a fatal auto crash were under the influence of both alcohol and other drugs, seeming to suggest the simultaneous use of several drugs is on the rise. The repeal of the penalty is the biggest single justification offered by insurers for the increases, according to the state agency.
