Under the expansion, HP is recalling another 78,500 laptop batteries , building upon the 50,000 it recalled in 2018. HP will provide free battery replacement services by an authorized technician. After adjusting for inflation, average hourly earnings rose a seasonally adjusted 0.3% in February and are up 1.9% from February 2018. USA crude oil output will rise almost 2.8 million bpd, growing to 13.7 million bpd in 2024 from an average of just under 11 million bpd in 2018, the IEA said, making the United States by far the biggest oil producer in the world. In Venezuela, the worst blackout on record has left most of the South American country without power for six days, leaving hospitals struggling to keep equipment running, food rotting in the tropical heat and exports from the country's main oil terminal stranded.
