A Markit survey of American manufacturers also showed the slowest growth in December in 15 months, reflecting a dip in confidence among executives about how their businesses will perform in the new year. For those unfamiliar with the Polestar 2, it's an upcoming all-electric mid-size vehicle from Volvo that aims to compete toe-to-toe with Tesla's Model 3. While this is still around 10 km less than the Tesla Model 3 Long Range, it's 130 km more than the standard Model 3. The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says 24,619 residential properties sold last year - down 31.6 per cent from almost 36,000 in 2017 and 25 per cent below the region's 10-year average. "If you have a property that's different from the other stuff that's transactioning, it's easier for B.C. Assessment to blow it", he said.
