Muslim activist tears into Chelsea Clinton's 'caucasity' at NZ victims' vigil

Donald Trump Jr and Chelsea Clinton

Chelsea Clinton tried to attend a vigil at New York University to show respect for the victims of the terrible massacre in New Zealand but pro-Muslim activists used the opportunity to berate her for calling out anti-Semitism.

According to The New York Post, Clinton was attending a vigil on the campus for the 49 people killed in the attacks earlier that day.

"It certainly was never my intention, I do believe words matter, I believe we have to show solidarity", Clinton says.

"I'm so sorry you feel that way", Clinton responded.

On Friday night, the daughter of former president Bill Clinton paid her respects to the victims as she participated in a vigil at New York University in Manhattan.

"I'm so sorry", she said.

Clinton, apparently taken aback by the accusations flung at her, can be seen apologizing profusely for what she argues was an unintended offense.

"And I want you to know that", continued the student.

"Forty-nine people are dead because of the rhetoric that you put out there", she charged.

"We should expect all elected officials, regardless of party, and all public figures to not traffic in anti-Semitism", Clinton tweeted on February 10. I want you to feel that deep inside.

"I don't think..." the girl replied, when another student interrupted: "What does "I'm sorry you feel that way" mean?"

The students' comments were in response to Clinton's criticism of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minnesota), who sparked controversy last month when she tweeted that a fellow lawmaker was motivated by money to defend Israel.

After the very public row with Clinton began making headlines, the activist said that she was receiving "death threats" for "calling a hypocritical white woman out". The students appear to have been angry that she, herself the wife of a Jewish man, had admonished antisemitism following remarks made by Muslim Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who some believed were antisemitic in nature.
