FBI hopes serial killer’s portraits of victims could lead to identifications

FBI wants help in identifying victims from portraits drawn by serial killer

Little reportedly told officers that he was a good drawer and promised a year ago to produce portraits of his victims from memory.

"We are hoping that someone - family member, former neighbour, friend - might recognise the victim and provide that crucial clue in helping authorities make an identification", Federal Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Shayne Buchwald said.

"We want to give these women their names back and their family some long-awaited answers".

So far investigators have managed to link Little to 36 of his claims, spanning the width of the USA, from LA to Washington DC.

Officers are said to be desperately scouring old case files and photographs to try and identify the Jane Does, but matching them up is proving to be a hard task. He began drawing the portraits of his victims from memory past year with the encouragement of investigators.

Four of the six South Florida victims were killed in Miami, one in Homestead and another in Kendall.

Little pleaded guilty to a Texas woman's death in January and has been convicted in the deaths of three women from California.

Confessed serial killer Samuel Little told authorities his drawings are the faces of the multiple women he killed during his crime sprees that occurred all across the country from 1970 to 2005.

An FBI spokesman says authorities so far have confirmed Little's role in nearly three dozen cases.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy released on Xbox One and PS4 in November 2018, but there was no announcement of a Switch release. The Reignited Trilogy seems to be following the same release date path as the Crash Bandicoot N' Sane Trilogy .

Officials have confirmed more than 30 of those killings, but they're still trying to corroborate little's claim.

As would become routine, Little targeted marginalised and vulnerable women who were often involved in prostitution or addicted to drugs.

Another is of a black woman with purple hair aged between 25 and 28 years old who was killed in Houston, Texas, decades ago.

The FBI said he had a vivid memory for detail when it came to the women's faces and how he had killed them, but was less reliable on the dates of crimes.

The FBI urged anyone with information about the victims to call or email analysts at the bureau's Violent Criminal Apprehension Program at 800-634-4097.

Police tested his DNA and he was connected to three unsolved murders across 1987 and 1989, including the death of Audrey Nelson.

In July 2018, Little was indicted on a murder charge in the killing of Denise Christie Brothers, who disappeared in Odessa in 1994. Police said they've confirmed more than 36 of these cases so far, the Los Angeles Times reported.

This undated file photo provided by the Ector County Texas Sheriff's Office shows Samuel Little.

CNN has reached out to E.J. Leach, the attorney representing Little in the Texas case, and has not yet received a response.
