Meghan Markle's meddlesome half-brother was busted early Friday on a drunken-driving charge in OR, according to reports.

He was described as being visibly intoxicated and well over the legal limit, the site claims.

The troubled sibling of the royal was cuffed and taken into custody Friday at 1:33 a.m. after cops performed a field sobriety test and noted his impairment was obvious.

TMZ stated that the 52-year-old was stopped by police at 1:33 AM in OR and taken into custody for impaired driving.

Markle, who is the son of Meghan's father Thomas Sr., was then taken to the Grants Pass Sobering Center, while his Chevy Silverado was seized.
