Kim Kardashian Defends Kanye West’s Slavery Comments: ‘He Never Said That’

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian has landed herself in yet another media frenzy trying to defend her husband Kanye West.

When, in reality, Yeezy's exact words were: "You hear about slavery for 400 years. What he said was slavery was 400 years, and if it's going to be another 400 years, that sounds like a choice to me".

"I always know what Kanye's intentions are and what he's trying but I also know that they're going to write a headline and people are going to assume that that's exactly what you said and what you meant", she told "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" cameras in a clip set to air Sunday. After the debacle that took place a year ago, with Kylie Jenner not being present since she was secretly pregnant and the drama that ensued between Kim and Kourtney, apparently momager Kris Jenner isn't here for it again.

"You hear about slavery for 400 years".

Kim has a convo with Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck about her husband's May 1 appearance on "TMZ Live". 400 years? That sounds like a choice. That was just the headline... "Like, you were there for 400 years and it's all of y'all?"

Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Kim for comment.

"It was never approved for the episode, because when Kim watched it back, she realized it was inaccurate and not reflective of what happened at TMZ that day".

He went on, shocking fans: 'It's like we're mentally in prison.

As Kanye looked dumbfounded that someone had disagreed, Van Lathan added: 'And while you're living the life you earned by being a genius, the rest of us in society have to deal with these threats to our lives.

The only problem is, the rapper never alluded to "another 400 years of slavery".

'Frankly, I'm disappointed, I'm appalled, and brother.
