Richie Incognito arrested before father’s funeral ‘Wants to kill someone

While dealing with the death of his father, the former Bills lineman was arrested on counts of disorderly conduct and threats stemming from an argument at a funeral home in Arizona. On Monday, while visiting Scottsdale's Messingers Funeral Home, Incognito "created a disturbance" by "acting erratically" and at one point making a "gun gesture toward one of the employees", per Florio.

TMZ reports that Scottsdale Police obtained a search warrant on Incognito's auto, where they did find guns in his vehicle.

Incognito reportedly was upset with staff and began to damage property inside the business and shout at employees. Incognito had allegedly gotten into an altercation with another patron of the gym, and was said to have thrown a dumbbell at the man.

Incognito has a history of troubling behaviour. According to a report obtained by ESPN, Incognito had been in a paranoid state and "believed ordinary citizens were government officials that were tracking and recording him".

In May, Incognito reached back out to the Bills to express his interest in continuing his career and he was released from the Reserved/Retired List just two days prior to the incident in Florida that led to him being taken into custody.
