The ‘Fantastic Beasts’ Comic-Con Trailer Sends Newt Scamander After Grindelwald

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald Comic-Con Trailer!

The movie from AT&T Inc's Warner Bros. studio stars Redmayne as "magizoologist" Newt Scamander and Law as a young Dumbledore, the headmaster of the Hogwarts boarding school where Harry Potter and his friends learned to become wizards. Not only did a new trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald drop during Warner Bros.

Based on this trailer, it is obvious that The Crimes of Grindelwald is definitely doing one thing different from its predecessor.

That was appropriate for a character who, in the "Harry Potter" universe, is essentially a magical cross between Hitler and Mussolini.

At the end of the first film, the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne).

Teaming up with franchise newcomer Jude Law, who is bringing a young Albus Dumbledore to life on screen, the pair are tasked with taking Depp's evil Grindelwald down.

The former Liverpool , Chelsea , and Atletico Madrid forward looked right at home with two scoring chances in the second half. Analysts have predicted the Spanish maestro has generated over $100 million in tickets sales and merchandising revenue.

In addition to the new poster, fans got a new trailer for the upcoming film today. Pictures' 2018 Comic-Con presentation of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald on Saturday, an hour and a half before his ex-wife Amber Heard joined her Aquaman co-stars on the same stage. While I'm still not sold on Jude Law as Dumbledore, the rest of the cast looks awesome.

Per the film's synopsis, "the adventure reunites Newt with Tina, Queenie and Jacob, but his mission will also test their loyalties as they face new perils in an increasingly unsafe and divided wizarding world". With plenty of wand waving, action-packed sequences and the occasional light-hearted moments, the trailer promises a film that could be a worthy inclusion to the Harry Potter-verse.

'What you got to remember this is only the second Fantastic Beasts film in a series and what's brilliant about Jo's writing is how she reveals her characters, peels them to the heart over time.

Depp-as-Grindelwald lectured that he doesn't want to destroy muggles (aka humans), it's just that he thinks they're "different" worth than wizards.
