Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Private Beta Commences in August

Betas for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will start up next month for the standard multiplayer mode. The "early access" beta for people who have preordered the game will begin at 10 am PT/1 pm ET on August 10, while the doors will open to everyone at the same time on August 11. The next multiplayer beta starting on August 10 will be available for Xbox One and PC Early Access, too, running until August 13. To get access to the Private Multiplayer and Blackout Beta, you'll need to pre-order the game.

Though it doesn't include a full-fledged story, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will still contain some short missions created to get players accustomed to the new multiplayer characters.

Activision's next scheduled session ditches the exclusivity, meaning that Xbox One, PS4, and PC players will have the chance to join in the beta fun from August 10th at 6pm BST until August 13th at 6pm BST.

Target giving teachers discount on some classroom supplies
Calling all educators, you can get an extra 15 percent off of school supplies beginning Sunday, July 15th at Target . The 15 percent discount will apply to items like pens, pencils, crayons, markers, storage and organization items.

Let's be honest though, most players are probably more interested in the Blackout beta. As we already know, Black Ops 4 will be quite different from the previous instalments in many aspects. There will be two betas for the upcoming game. Blog posts from Activision and Treyarch offer the full details. The beta will include six maps and five modes including Team Deathmatch, Hardpoint and the brand new Control mode.

Meanwhile, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout beta is coming sometime in September. Control sees teams attacking and defending static objective points with a limited number of lives, making strategy and skill a key factor in who wins. It will be held first on PS4, with more details to come close to the end of summer. The new objective-based gameplay mode will be available as well, it's meant to "bring out the best" of multiplayer gameplay in Black Ops 4.
