An elusive monster crocodile, thought to be one of the biggest on record, has been captured in the Northern Territory after a decade-long game of hide-and-seek. At the gorge there are freshwater crocodiles, which are smaller and rarely harm humans.
After nearly a decade on the loose, authorities have finally captured a "monster" Northern Territory crocodile.
It was snared in a trap moored in the spawling Katherine River system, about 250 miles south of Darwin.
