John Cena Says He's Willing To Reverse Vasectomy For Nikki Bella

John Cena was so committed to never having children that he got a vasectomy - but he's willing to reverse the procedure to get Nikki Bella back and start a family.

During the dinner Cena told Nikki that he wants to marry her and is willing to give her a child to make it happen.

"You're sure, though? Are you gonna change your mind?" she asked. "I think, yeah. I am still the soon-to-be Mrs. Cena".

The episode ended with Cena and Nikki appearing to have reconciled, however it will be revealed later in this season that Nikki once again questions calling off their wedding due to what she cites are "deeper problems". However, Bella is claiming that they are not together and they are trying to "work things out".
