Woman accused of letting toddler smoke meth, marijuana

Day care worker who worked with infants accused of smoking meth on the job Autumn Sienna Heinz

She is now facing charges of #Child abuse and currently remains in #Wakulla County Jail.

The investigation into the case first started in January when the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office learned a child might have been involved in using both drugs.

On April 12, Ecker was charged with child abuse. Kaitlyn Ecker apparently did the drug herself, too.

Just a few days later, police executed a search warrant and confiscated glass pipes consistent with smoking meth from her residence in addition to marijuana paraphernalia.

A house search revealed that the woman had an impressive collection of drug paraphernalia.

KRTV reported that Autumn Sienna Heinz, 30, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal possession of risky drugs and criminal mischief.

Deputies searched her Crawfordville home on January 19 and found pipes with marijuana and meth residue, grinders, a scale and a baggie of marijuana in a basket of children's toys. Other items found at the scene included small snort tubes, lighters, small black air filter and a battery powered light.

Surat rape victim's body bore 86 injury marks, says autopsy
The 29-year-old accused abducted the 18-year-old from her village and brought her to Surat , where he locked her up and repeatedly raped her.

"The toxicology results concluded that the 2-year old tested positive for both methamphetamine and amphetamine and the findings were "chronic" rather than 'acute, '" WCSO wrote.

Readings also indicated the child was exposed to the drugs a lot of times or at least on more than one occasion. She admitted to smoking marijuana as recently as the night before, but away from the child. She also denied owning the pipes. She also denied ever smoking or ingesting drugs in the presence of the two-year old and denied any knowledge of the child being exposed to drugs. The blood and hair samples were forwarded to a lab to determine the drug history of Ecker and the two-year old child.

The Wakulla Sheriff's office didn't go into detail about the relationship between the two-year-old and Kaitlyn Ecker.

Reports stated when Limpert realized her daughter was experiencing the side effects of THC after consuming the meal along with her father, for whom it was originally prepared, Limpert just laughed, the Tempe Police Department alleged.

On Thursday, authorities made the decision to arrest her and charge her.

It's unclear if Ecker has a lawyer who can speak on her behalf at this time.
