Man City crowned 2017-18 Premier League champions

Manchester United handed local rivals Manchester City the 2017-18 Premier League title after succumbing to a shock 1-0 defeat against West Bromwich Albion at Old Trafford that keeps the Baggies' slim survival hopes alive.

Guardiola's team has lost only two league games this season and if they win their remaining five games would end the campaign with 102 points.

Here's what pundits, managers and players have said after City won the league... United would end up winning 3-2 to postpone the celebrations till another day.

City, though, have won 14 times on the road already and could break the record if they win their two remaining trips, to West Ham and Southampton.

Mourinho acknowledged that "City were the best team" in the Premier League, telling the BBC: "Sooner or later they would get the points, so no dramas when the best team wins the league".

Sunday's title win now takes Guardiola's trophy haul as a coach to 24 following successful stints at Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

"Champions! What a great feeling!" Vincent Kompany, trailed by the cameras of Manchester City's in-house television station, was with his family.

She also said that the arrest of Sengar, the legislator from Bangarmau, was also a positive development. The 2nd is in rioting, in which 4 people have been taken into custody.

Zidane, however, maintains his team fully deserved to go through. "I'm disgusted when people say it was a robbery". I am mad about what has been said after the game about us. "We did very well and we're in the semi-finals".

He said the Centre has identified 115 most backward districts in the country to give a special focus on their development. A first training centre under Van Dhan was also started in the district. "Bijapur was labelled a backward district".

United, its nearest contender, had been expected to cut that back to 13 - with five games to play - on Sunday.

Meanwhile Mourinho was left counting the cost of an insipid display by his team. They are the 10th team in top-flight history to achieve this.

"It's one of those days that we didn't play good enough and we tried to create some chances in the first half and in the beginning of the second, but we didn't play quickly enough". There was no fluidity.

Citing today's victor as his 'best moment in a tough season, ' three points may well still not be enough to save a relegation-threatened West Bromwich Albion.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho said his players were "masters in complication" after their defeat by bottom side West Brom at Old Trafford.

"I trust in my work".

Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry on Sky Sports: They deserve to be champions, I am sure they would have liked to do it against Swansea but now they can play against Swansea with a happier smile on their face because they all know they're champions and they deserve it. I believe in myself. You need consistency at every level.
