The Yodeling Walmart Boy Is Reportedly Heading to Coachella

The Yodeling Walmart kid to perform at Coachella this weekend

Earlier this month, a ten-year-old kid warmed our hearts by yodelling in the middle of a Walmart in the U.S. - and now he's gone and performed at Coachella.

Mason Ramsey, an 11-year-old boy from IL, sang his way into America's heart a few weeks ago when he sang Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" at the endcap of a Walmart.

Ramsey also appeared on "The Ellen DeGenres Show", where he performed his rendition of Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues". Even Justin Bieber was there to bare witness. Ramsey will play a gig on Saturday at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry - where he's always dreamed of performing.

The 11-year-old earned the nicknames "Walmart yodel boy" and "yodeling kid" after a video showing Ramsey standing in the aisle of Walmart yodeling his heart out became an online sensation, Time reported.

Google had refused to remove the links, leading NT2 and another man known as NT1 to take the company to court. However, search engines can decline to remove pages if they judge them to remain in the public interest.

Mason Ramsey is living his best life right now!

When asked if he likes Los Angeles, he said, "Yeah, but I'm a country boy".

And while Coachella might not be the first place one thinks of to listen to old-time honky-tonk - that's what the Stagecoach Festival in two weeks at the same place is for - the crowd seemed delighted by the surprise appearance. But you definitely know about the Yodeling Walmart Boy.
