Kent Police respond to assault and attempted rape at bikini barista stand

The terrifying moment a man crawled through a Washington coffee stand window and unleashed a violent attack on the barista was captured by surveillance cameras.

The 30-year-old worker at Hottie Shots Expresso was accosted by a man wearing a black cap and dark gloves after he climbed through the window of the Kent Washington coffee stand earlier this week.

"He kept telling me, 'You're coming with me or I will kill you, '" she revealed.

"I'm trying so hard not to live in fear", she stated.

"I'm doing everything I can to stall him", she said. "I'm going to die fighting'". I'm giving him dead body weight so it's not easy for him to just walk him over into my death.

"The person who came here they had me at gunpoint and they just wanted the money", Alex said.

The suspect then fled, leaving Guinto shaken and with several scratches, but otherwise uninjured.

"I know for a fact that I'm a lot stronger than I look, so when he was choking me, I knew to just tense up and put my shoulders up, even if I was getting a little bit of air, I could wave my arms back and forth on the ground, feeling for the knife", Guinto said.

Guinto was treated for minor injuries and says that she isn't sure if she'll return to work at the stand, where she says she was also robbed in October.

The arrest was made after investigators received multiple tips identifying the suspect. He took off after getting spooked by another vehicle pulling up to the stand, the News Tribune reports.

Kent police arrested the man at his workplace about 8 a.m. Wednesday.

"I'm kind of just glad it's over", she said, according to the Daily Mail, adding that this was the second time she had been victimized at that particular Hottie Shots Espresso establishment.
