Cheryl Tweedy appeared on BBC Breakfast on Tuesday to discuss the opening of her brand-new charity centre in her native Newcastle.
Cheryl also went on to say why the charity was so close to her heart.
Cheryl and her One Direction partner Liam were hit with split rumours over the weekend.
She said: "It feels fantastic to finally be here".
The couple did spend Valentine's Day together this month with their 11-month-old son Bear, but rumours have arisen that Liam is seeking legal advice in regards to their shared assets and custody of the child in case the worst should happen.

Of her collaboration with the charity, the star added: "I've always wanted to partnership with them as I relate to what their cause was, so the partnership felt natural and real, and we are the ideal marriage". "It's an incredibly vulnerable age and people find themselves in all sorts of problems - self-esteem issues, confidence issues - and they've said coming here is the first time they've been listened to and the fact that my centre can privide that is fantastic to me".
