AAP completes three years in office in Delhi

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia along with party colleagues attend a function to celebrate three years of AAP government New Delhi

The Congress on Wednesday described the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as a "khap party" and said the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government has failed on all fronts in the last three years.

Talking about free WiFi in the city, Kejriwal said, "This year to implement free WiFi in entire Delhi, the government is going to allot full budget".

The ministers along with the chief minister will also highlight the achievements of the AAP government at a programme to be hosted at the New Delhi Municipal Corporation convention centre. The Chief Minister in the meeting reportedly expressed displeasure over the attitude of officers in clearing the advertisement.

Kejriwal also said that whichever department digs up roads in the city, it will have to fix it irrespective of the land-owning agency as dug-up roads cause a lot of pollution due to the amount of dust.

He also said that 900 Mohalla Clinics would be ready soon and 120 polyclinics would be ready in some months.

"Five ITIs and 54 ITCs were also opened during our government", he said.

People should be wary of the AAP government and it is a matter of concern that work claimed to be done by it is nowhere to be seen, Dikshit said.

"There has been lot of reduction in corruption in the last 3 years, because the people of Delhi elected an honest government three years ago".

Last year, on its second anniversary, the AAP government had released a booklet.

Sisodia said that apart from the increase in infrastructure of schools, the involvement of parents and teachers was the key reasons for the improvement in quality of education in government schools.
