Eric Schneiderman filed the civil rights suit against the Weinstein Company, claiming it repeatedly broke NY law by failing to protect its employees from pervasive sexual harassment, intimidation and discrimination.

Schneiderman launched a civil rights probe into the New York City-based company in October after The New York Times and The New Yorker exposed allegations of sexual assault and harassment spanning decades.

Last month an investment group began exclusive negotiations for the company's assets. The complaint also cites instances in which Weinstein Co. senior managers failed to respond to employe complaints about Harvey Weinstein's behavior. "Today's suit includes numerous employee-victim accounts of sexual harassment, intimidation, and other misconduct", said a statement from the attorney general's office.

Harvey Weinstein has been accused by almost 100 women of sexual harassment, bullying, or rape.

Pence did say, however, that Moon shared with him details of his meeting with North Korean leaders, without elaborating. The alert, issued in Korean, reportedly stoked panic as many foreign visitors to the city could not read the warning .

The lawsuit goes into explicit detail accusing Weinstein of abusing his power as an executive to take sexual advantage of women employees.

Harvey Weinstein, pictured at the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on May 23, 2017 in Cap d'Antibes, France, was attacked at a restaurant.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Schneiderman says Harvey persistently sexually harassed female employees at TWC by personally creating a hostile work environment and demanding quid pro quo sexual favors for continued employment or career advancement.

Representatives for the company and the Weinstein brothers couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
