Doctor's rant on patient complaining about wait time goes viral

A Florida doctor was caught on video screaming at a sick patient

Jessica Stipe initially posted the one-minute video on her Facebook page on Monday night after she said the doctor yelled at her when she complained she had been waiting at the Gainesville After Hours Clinic, 926 NW 13th St., for an hour and 15 minutes. The video, filmed by Stipes's daughter, shows the doctor not only cursing his patient out, telling her to get "the f**k out of my office", but he later grabs the daughter's phone after finding out he was being recorded. She made an appointment at 6:30 p.m., but by 7:45 p.m., she had not yet seen a doctor. "We've already been working on you".

Stipe's daughter was recording the incident and when the doctor saw that he was being recorded, he tried to snatch the phone from the child and "shoved her when she tried to get it back". She said at that point, she was in "severe pain and throwing up in the trash can".

Stipe's daughter can be heard asking Gallogly what his name is.

"Are you kidding me?" the doctor said. "Gallogly responds." Do you know how many people. "I got seven rooms back there", the doctor said.

"I want to go home and get in my bed", she replied as he told her to "get the hell out".

He goes on to say she would be waiting far longer if she had gone to another clinic or an emergency room. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours".

"Get the [expletive] out of my office", he screams. "I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office, and continued her abusive behavior towards staff".
