LSU's Derrius Guice ruled out vs. Syracuse with undisclosed injury

Coach O: Derrius Guice 'very questionable' for Saturday

LSU coach Ed Orgeron said that the star running back is "very questionable" for Saturday's matchup against Syracuse, making the statement on the weekly SEC coaches' teleconference.

Wednesday marks Guice's third consecutive absence from practice as a result of an injury suffered in LSU's loss to Mississippi State.

In three games so far this season, Guice has rushed for 300 yards and four touchdowns.

LSU freshman WR JaCoby Stevens practiced with both the running backs and tight ends on Wednesday.
