Mr Yadav and Ms Rabri were quizzed on the basis of questionnaire specially prepared for them on the basis of findings during the investigation. Tejaswi left the premises at 6.10 pm while Rabri Devi left with Misa Bharti at 6.40 pm. She and her husband Shailesh Kumar had already been interrogated several times by Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax department in connection with disproportionate assets.

Hundreds of RJD workers gathered outside the Income Tax department offices at Patna's IT Golambar when Rabri, Tejaswi and Misa were present inside. Despite best efforts to seek their comments, both the leaders remained tight lipped. Earlier, in June, the I-T Department had filed a case against the family members of Lalu.
